2021 e-Annual Premium Statement and e-Annual Sustainability Statement
In line with our paperless initiative, the e-Statements will be sent to Policyowner registered mobile
number/ email address between 11 Feb 2022 to 11 Mar 2022. These Statements will be in PDF format with an encrypted password,
and can be accessed from the link provided in SMS or in email attachment.

New Payment Acceptance guidelines at Branches:
Please note that there will be changes in our Payment acceptance policy at our Branch counters:
i) New Cash Threshold is RM10,000. Any cash payment above this amount will not be accepted.
ii) Non-acceptance of cash payments for Monthly mode policies.
Points i) & ii) will be effective from 1st April 2020 for Juru, Sungai Petani, Ipoh, Sibu, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching branches, and from 1st
July 2020 for Menara Manulife HQ, Malacca and Johor Bahru branches.
For your convenience, you may make your payment via internet banking, JomPAY, auto billing using Credit/ Debit cards or Direct Debit (FPX), or over-the-counter service.
iii) Non-acceptance of all types of payments for non-customers and Agents.
Point iii) will be effective from 1st April 2020.
