  What if I've forgotten my ePRO password?

 

If you have forgotten your ePRO password, click on " RESET PASSWORD?". Then do the following:

 

Please provide the following some basic information for verification purposes.

   

Web User ID

   

ID Type

   

ID Number

   

Name as registered with the company

   

Birthday

   

Contact phone number

 

Click "submit".

 

If this basic information is valid, it will prompt you for the answer to the favourite question. Answer the favourite question and click "submit".

 

Our system administrator will contact you through the contact number entered regarding your password.

 

Please note:

 

The system will allow you to enter your password 3 times, if you still cannot get the correct password, the system will show a blank page. Close the browser and open it again. You will be given 3 tries again. This process is recursive.

 

  Why doesn't my password work?

 

There are several reasons you may not be able to access ePro:

 

Set your CAPS LOCK key correctly. Passwords are case sensitive.

 

Wait for the reply from our web administrator. If you have recently sent a forget password request, this will allow our administrator to do further investigations.

 

  Can I change my ePRO ID?

 

ePro users are not allowed to change their ePro ID.

 

  How do I change my password?

 

If you would like to change your ePro password,login and then just click on " Change password". Then do the following:

 

Please provide the following basic information for verification purposes.

   

User name

   

Old password

   

New Password

   

Confirm new password

 

Click "OK".

 

If the process is successful, system will prompt "Password successfully changed".

 

  How do I register?

 

If you would like to register as new user, just click on " NEW USER?". Then do the following:

 

Please read the Term And Condition carefully.

 

If you do not agree, just click "Cancel" to exit registration.

 

If you agree, just click "Agree" to continue registration.

 

Please note:

 

If you agree to accept the terms and conditions stipulated in the term and condition page, please print a copy of this agreement, sign and mail it to :

Click "submit".

 

If the submission is successful, system will prompt that your registration has been successfully submitted.

 

  Why is registration information important?

 

Accurate information is important in case you ever forget your ePRO password. We will need you to confirm your Web User ID, ID Type, ID number, Name as registered with the company, Birthday, Contact phone number, favourite answer to favourite question. Once we have verified your basic information, our system administrator will contact you regarding your password.

 

  Changing Users

 

Just click "Logout" from the menu.

 

System will prompt you to close the browser. Choose "Yes" to close the browser.

 

Open a new browser and type in http://epro.manulife.com.my

 

  What if I've got Communication/Deadloc Abend/Socket Error?

 

Just click "Refresh" button. If you still get the same error, please contact our web administrator during our office hours for assistance.
